A group for LGBTQ+ higher ed administrators has been hit hard by an increasingly hostile policy landscape. But members are working to support each other.

When the group LGBTQ Leaders in Higher Education started taking shape in the 2000s, it consisted of a handful of out-of-the-closet presidents who gathered informally to swap guidance.
