LGBTQ Presidents in Higher Education is considering a number of changes to the organization’s bylaws. The proposed changes related to board structure and membership, the name of the organization, and how voting happens. This discussion will be held on Zoom and led by Board co-chair Richard Helldobler, President of William J. Paterson University, and Mel Netzhammer, President of Washington State University, Vancouver. Bylaws changes will be considered during a meeting of the membership of the association on March 27 in Chicago.
