We know that LGBTQ+ leadership matters, representation at the highest levels in higher education matters, and we add value to higher education.
We need to keep strengthening LGBTQ Leaders in Higher Education to help our community in areas where the attacks are most virulent, where laws have been passed against DEI efforts, where even certain words have been scrubbed from program names, titles, and websites.
