For many LGBTQ leaders, conversations about faith, spirituality, and leadership are deeply personal—and often complex. This webinar will explore how leaders can navigate the intersection of identity, purpose, and belonging while fostering inclusive communities across higher education. Through a thoughtful conversation, participants will reflect on the ways faith and spirituality can shape leadership, the challenges and opportunities of creating spaces where LGBTQ people can thrive, and how authentic leadership can build stronger, more welcoming campus communities. The conversation will be led by Dr. Jennifer Maney and Rev. Todd Boling, University Chaplain and Director of Religious & Spiritual Life at Texas Christian University.
