Level Up Your Mentoring: Skills and Tools for Effective Mentors

For experienced and newer mentors alike, mentoring peers and junior
colleagues offers both opportunities and challenges. This workshop
will introduce you to some mentoring techniques and tools to “level
up” your mentoring skill set. We’ll discuss questioning and coaching
techniques that help foster mentee development and keep boundaries in
the relationship clear, and you’ll see how to use two valuable career
mentoring tools: the career map and the mentor network map. In
addition to the live discussion, participants will receive electronic
versions of webinar materials that they can use within their existing
and future mentoring relationships.
